COTTAGES:

At Chimuri Beach, guests enjoy the solitude and privacy of an intimate individual retreat  in front of our quiet black sand beach. Away from crowds in a tranquil residential neighborhood and yet a short, about 1 mile, walk or bike ride to the village of Puerto Viejo, the Caribbean favorite destination spot. Our three fully-equipped cottages are for 1 or 2 persons. Being a small place and since we ourselves are living on the grounds, we offer personalized attention to our guests whenever needed.

Below the rates for our three cottages – Hawk Spirit, Sea Heart, and Soul Song. All of our cottages were fully renovated in 2012.

Minimum stay is 3 nights! For sabbaticals check our monthly discount rates listed on the individual page of each cottage.

RESERVATION POLICY
The indicated prices are cash rates. We don’t accept credit card payments. Advance payment is required in order to confirm your reservation. For monthly stays any fees generated through the payment method will be added to your balance. Please inquire about availability of cottages and time periods first on ‘contact us’, and we will supply all needed information to make a deposit.

Our cancellation policy is to refund 50% of a deposit as long as we can re-rent your time block, and as long as notice is given at least 15 days in advance of your reserved dates. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures!

Required deposits for monthly stays

• • Rentals of two months require a deposit of the equivalent of one month
  • for longer sabbatical stays on agreement

Any balance should be paid upon arrival in cash.
